How do I post an ad?
Click the Sell button, login with your email, choose a category, add photos and details, and submit. Your ad will be live after a quick review.
Is mix.com.pk free?
Yes, 100% free. There are no charges to post ads, browse, or contact sellers.
How do I contact a seller?
On any ad page, you can use the WhatsApp button, call the seller directly, or send a message through our in app chat.
How do I report a scam?
Click the Report button on any ad, or email safety@mix.com.pk with details and screenshots.
Can I edit my ad after posting?
You can manage your ads from the My Ads page in your dashboard. You can delete or mark ads as sold.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings and contact support@mix.com.pk to request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
My ad was rejected. Why?
Ads are reviewed to ensure they meet our posting rules. Common reasons: prohibited items, misleading information, or missing details.
How long do ads stay live?
Ads expire after 30 days. You can renew them from your dashboard.
