How does mix.com.pk work for sellers?

Browse active buyer requests on the homepage. Find requests matching what you sell, then send your offer with your price, message, photos, and WhatsApp number. If the buyer likes your offer, they'll accept it and contact you directly.

Is mix.com.pk free to use?

Yes, mix.com.pk is completely free for both buyers and sellers. Posting requests is free, sending offers is free, and we charge zero commission on any transaction.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is needed to post a request or send an offer. Just provide your email address. If you want to manage your requests or track your offers, you can access your dashboard using a secure magic link sent to your email.

How do I access my dashboard?

Go to mix.com.pk/login and enter your email. We'll send you a secure login link — no password needed. Click the link in your email and you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can manage requests (buyers) or track offers (sellers).

What categories are supported?

mix.com.pk supports 35 categories including Mobile Phones, Cars, Motorcycles, Houses for Sale, Houses for Rent, Land & Plots, Apartments, Laptops & Computers, Furniture, Fashion, Jobs, Services, Animals & Pets, and many more.

Which cities are supported?

We cover 47 cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, and many more.

How do buyers and sellers communicate?

Communication happens through WhatsApp. When a seller sends an offer, their WhatsApp number is shared with the buyer. When a buyer accepts an offer, the buyer's WhatsApp number is shared with the seller. This ensures direct, instant communication.

Is my information safe?

We use encrypted connections (SSL/HTTPS), secure session management, and do not sell your data to third parties. Your email and WhatsApp are only shared with relevant parties during the offer process. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report a scam or fraudulent listing?

Email us at admin@mix.com.pk with details of the fraudulent listing or user. We review all reports promptly and will ban users who violate our Terms of Service.

Can I edit or delete my request?

Yes. Log in to your buyer dashboard at mix.com.pk/login, and you can edit, close, reopen, or delete any of your requests.

Can I edit or withdraw my offer?

Yes. Log in to your seller dashboard and you can edit the price and message of pending offers, or withdraw them entirely.

What happens when a buyer accepts my offer?

You'll receive an email notification confirming the acceptance. You'll also see the buyer's name and WhatsApp number in your seller dashboard so you can coordinate the transaction directly.

Does mix.com.pk handle payments or delivery?

No. mix.com.pk only facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers. All payment, delivery, and transaction details are handled directly between the parties. We recommend meeting in person and verifying items before payment.
